EVERNET Consulting, LLC wants everyone who visits www.evernetco.com to be able to find information, learn about our services and contact us, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control or keyboard-only navigation.
Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. We use WCAG 2.1 Level AA as the target standard for this website, and we design new templates and features with WCAG 2.2 Level AA in mind.
We are working toward full conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and do not claim full conformance at this time. We will update this statement as our evaluation and fixes progress.
Measures we take
EVERNET takes the following measures to support the accessibility of this website:
• Include accessibility in our design, development and content practices
• Test key pages with automated tools and with a keyboard and screen reader
• Review new pages and documents for accessibility before they are published
• Assign responsibility for accessibility and train the people who edit the site
• Fix reported problems and retest after significant changes
accessiBe: this website also uses accessiBe, an accessibility tool that gives visitors controls to adjust the page, such as contrast, text size, spacing and motion, and applies automated improvements. Open it with the accessibility icon on any page. accessiBe supplements our work on the site’s code and content; it does not replace it.
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Known limitations include:
Older PDF documents: some older PDFs may not be fully tagged for screen readers. Contact us and we will provide the information in an accessible format.
Third-party content and tools: some features, such as scheduling, reviews, chat and embedded media, are provided by third parties and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. We ask vendors about accessibility and look for alternatives when problems are reported.
Technical specifications

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the accessibility standards used.
Assessment approach
