How it fits
Govern what is in use. Defend what AI makes easier.
AI security has two halves. One is governing the tools your team already reaches for — what they may read, where the output goes, who approved them. The other is defending against attacks that AI has made cheaper and far more convincing. EVERNET covers both inside the security program you already have, rather than as a separate practice bolted on beside it.
What to work through.
A clear plan, from discovery to a response path with names on it.
Discover
Find which AI tools are in use, who uses them and what data they can reach.
Govern
Acceptable use, approved tools, data-handling rules and agent access control.
Defend
Deepfake and AI-phishing defense, staff training and a response path with owners.
Questions before you get started.
Our staff already use AI. Are we too late?
No, and that is the normal starting point. Discovery exists for exactly this situation: find what is already in use, decide what to approve, and bring the rest into a policy people can actually follow.
Does this replace our existing security program?
No. AI security is a layer inside the program you already have. Email protection, endpoint detection, patching and awareness training stay where they are; this adds the tools, data paths and agent controls they do not currently cover.
Can EVERNET certify our AI compliance?
EVERNET can help prepare systems, policy and evidence within an agreed scope. Formal certification or audit sign-off belongs to an accredited third party, and legal interpretation of any AI regulation belongs to your counsel.
