Websites for Albany
A website that explains what you do and brings in the right inquiries.
The Capital Region’s businesses include law and professional firms serving state government, healthcare, higher education, technology companies around the Nanotech complex and family-owned companies across Albany, Schenectady, Troy and Saratoga.
EVERNET designs and builds websites for Albany businesses on WordPress, from template-based sites for small firms to custom builds with integrations, portals and multilingual content. Every project starts with the audience and the services you actually want to sell, keeps the pages and links that already earn traffic, and launches with performance, accessibility and search basics in place.
Design and build
Custom or template-based WordPress sites, content migration, forms, integrations and e-commerce where it fits.
Search and performance
Keyword research, on-page SEO, structured data, speed and Core Web Vitals handled during the build, not after.
After launch
Hosting, updates, backups, security and content changes under a managed website support agreement.

Doing business in Albany
Albany websites often speak to several audiences at once: legislators and agency staff, association members, donors and the public. Law firms, associations and nonprofits near the State Capitol and Empire State Plaza need clear advocacy and issue pages, member portals, event registration and documents that are accessible rather than scanned PDFs. Activity peaks once the legislative session starts each January, so we plan content workflows that let staff publish updates quickly without waiting on a developer.
The wider Capital Region spans Albany, Schenectady, Troy and Saratoga Springs, and visitors search by those names along with suburbs such as Colonie, Guilderland and Clifton Park. Technology employers tied to the NY CREATES Albany NanoTech Complex and GlobalFoundries in Malta recruit engineers through their websites, which puts weight on careers pages and fast, well-structured content. Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy and the University at Albany supply developers and designers for in-house teams that take over after launch. Every site we build includes accessibility checks, search basics and a managed support option.

It is difficult to put into a review just how much we have valued this partnership. They have gone far beyond being a vendor to the Tarrant County Bar Association — they have become genuine supporters of our organization and the work we do. They have worked with us on everything from building our public-facing legal help website to guiding us through a complete rebranding and logo redesign. With every project, they take the time to understand our organization, our members, our mission, and what we are actually trying to accomplish rather than simply delivering a product. But what has impressed me most is how invested they have become in our success. They show up. They attend our events. They celebrate our wins. They bring us new ideas and look for ways they can help. When we work with them, it truly feels like we have another team in our corner. Our Bar Association is better because of this relationship, and I don't say that lightly. They have consistently gone above and beyond for us, and I am incredibly grateful for the creativity, responsiveness, enthusiasm, and genuine care they bring to everything they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Posted on Facebook![]()

EVERNET has played a pivotal role in our business growth. They have been a fantastic partner over the last year, doing everything from rebuilding our website to managing our IT difficulties to improving our internal processes. They took care of a lot of the headaches that come with small business ownership, which allowed me to focus on doing the work I love and getting more clients through the door. If your business needs help in marketing, IT, or security, I cannot recommend them enough.

What does a website cost?
Template-based sites and custom builds are scoped and quoted after a discovery call. Managed website support is a monthly agreement. Current rates are on the pricing page.
How long does a build take?
Most small-business sites launch in six to ten weeks; larger builds with integrations or many pages take longer. The timeline is set in the scope.
Will we lose our rankings when we relaunch?
Not if the relaunch is planned: we inventory current URLs and traffic, map redirects and validate after launch.
Do you meet in person in Albany and the Capital Region?

Can you also handle hosting and updates?
