Managed IT for San Antonio
IT support with clear ownership of who handles what.
San Antonio’s business base includes healthcare and biosciences, military and defense contractors around the bases, law and professional firms, tourism and hospitality, and manufacturing, with a strong community of family-owned companies across Bexar County.
San Antonio businesses rarely need more technology. They need someone accountable for the technology they have: a help desk employees actually call, patching and backups that happen without reminders, and a plan for the next hire, office or software change. EVERNET takes that on as a managed service or in a co-managed arrangement with your internal IT staff, with responsibilities agreed in writing.
EVERNET designed the San Antonio Bar Association’s identity, bringing the Alamo silhouette into a compact association mark, and works with law firms and professional practices across Bexar County.
Who we work with
Small and midsize businesses and professional firms, with fully managed or co-managed IT depending on what you already have in house.
What a managed agreement covers
Day-to-day employee support, Microsoft 365 administration, hosted phone, patching and monitoring, backup and recovery, security essentials and vCIO planning.
If you already have IT staff
Your team keeps the duties it wants to keep. EVERNET adds capacity, monitoring, after-hours coverage or specialist work, with clear hand-offs.

Doing business in San Antonio
San Antonio has one of the highest concentrations of cybersecurity and intelligence professionals outside Washington, D.C., a result of its military and research base, and the University of Texas at San Antonio runs a nationally recognized cybersecurity program. That talent pool raises expectations. If you sell to Joint Base San Antonio, to defense contractors at Port San Antonio or to the healthcare sector, customers will ask how you protect their data.
Texas law adds specific duties. Under Texas Business and Commerce Code §521.053, affected individuals must be notified within 60 days of determining a breach occurred, and the Texas Attorney General within 30 days when 250 or more Texans are affected. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, effective July 1, 2024, is enforced by the Attorney General, who must give a business 30 days to cure a violation before filing suit. We handle patching, backups, endpoint protection, Microsoft 365 and the help desk for San Antonio offices remotely from Hartford, with on-site visits for projects. EVERNET fills the gaps alongside an internal IT person or team, with responsibilities agreed in writing.

It is difficult to put into a review just how much we have valued this partnership. They have gone far beyond being a vendor to the Tarrant County Bar Association — they have become genuine supporters of our organization and the work we do. They have worked with us on everything from building our public-facing legal help website to guiding us through a complete rebranding and logo redesign. With every project, they take the time to understand our organization, our members, our mission, and what we are actually trying to accomplish rather than simply delivering a product. But what has impressed me most is how invested they have become in our success. They show up. They attend our events. They celebrate our wins. They bring us new ideas and look for ways they can help. When we work with them, it truly feels like we have another team in our corner. Our Bar Association is better because of this relationship, and I don't say that lightly. They have consistently gone above and beyond for us, and I am incredibly grateful for the creativity, responsiveness, enthusiasm, and genuine care they bring to everything they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Posted on Facebook![]()

EVERNET has played a pivotal role in our business growth. They have been a fantastic partner over the last year, doing everything from rebuilding our website to managing our IT difficulties to improving our internal processes. They took care of a lot of the headaches that come with small business ownership, which allowed me to focus on doing the work I love and getting more clients through the door. If your business needs help in marketing, IT, or security, I cannot recommend them enough.
