With a pre-purchased block of IT Support hours you can control when and how you engage the EVERNET IT Support team. With EVERNET at your side, you can determine your own level of involvement in IT Support.
Pre-purchased hours are billed at a one to one modifier for each support role (with the exception of Senior Business Consultant). At the end of a service period, unused Block Support Hours are lost and Standard Hourly Rates apply for overages. Check our pricing page for more details!
