Great news! Our flat rate of $150 per hour applies for all Standard Support hours. Whether your IT issue is resolved in less than an hour or requires a larger scope of work, or project, the rate is the same!
Project work (i.e. any ticket that requires more than one (1) hour of labor) and tickets that take less than an hour all fall under our Standard Hourly Support Rate.
EVERNET takes the confusion out of hourly support by using one flat rate for tickets and for projects, allowing you to keep your focus on your business.
