Turn real restoration and coating work into short explanations and recognizable social content.

American Dry Stripping & Powder Coating

Design approach

A shop-floor video program

The goal for this program was to turn real restoration and coating work into short explanations and recognizable social content. American Dry Stripping & Powder Coating does physical, visual work that is easy to film but harder to explain. The brief on this page called for stories built around a concrete object, service or process, with a balance of seasonal subjects and evergreen shop explanations.

The artwork shows an archived published video in a vertical format, framed like a strip of film on a dark background. The frame shows a worker in protective gear inside a glass beading booth, with metal parts on the floor and the company name and caption overlaid at the bottom. It reflects the program’s approach: start with what is actually happening on the shop floor, then add voiceover and captions that explain the process in plain language. Vertical edits suit phone-first social channels.

1. Build stories around a concrete object, service or process.

2. Coordinate voiceover, vertical edits, thumbnails and publishing destinations.

3. Balance seasonal subjects with evergreen shop explanations.

Why it works
Stories built around real objects and processes help customers understand restoration and coating work.

The program combines shop footage, voiceover, vertical edits, thumbnails and channel publishing into one recurring workflow. Footage captured in the shop becomes a short story about one object or process. Voiceover and captions explain it, thumbnails make it recognizable in a feed and publishing places it on the right channels. The same videos also feed the company’s website and social graphics, so one shoot can support several kinds of content across the company’s channels and pages.
