EVERNET Consulting: Information Design
Help a business evaluate its website through a compact, structured discussion aid.
Design approach
A conversation made tangible
This worksheet is EVERNET in-house work, created to help a business evaluate its own website through a short, structured conversation. Website reviews can drift into opinions. The brief on this page was a compact discussion aid that keeps the assessment easy to scan, with one question per row, consistent answer choices and a separate area for the score and follow-up interpretation.
The artwork shows the printed version of the worksheet on a clipboard. The EVERNET logo sits in the top left beside the title “Website Effectiveness for Business (Web) Audit.” Each row holds one plain-language question about how the website is working for the business, from its content to how easily it can be updated. Answer columns run down the right side in soft green, yellow and pink, so the pattern of responses is visible at a glance. A score row closes the grid, with space for interpreting the result. The caption “Question / Answer / Follow-up” describes how the page is meant to be used.
1. Use one question per row to make the assessment easy to scan.
2. Align answer choices consistently across the page.
3. Give the score area and follow-up interpretation a distinct visual position.

Why it works
One question per row, aligned answers and a distinct score area make the assessment easy to work through and discuss.
The deliverable is an interactive website-effectiveness worksheet designed to support a practical business conversation. The questions give the discussion a starting point, the aligned answer columns make responses easy to compare from one question to the next and the score area turns those answers into a clear follow-up topic. It is meant to be worked through in conversation, and the finished sheet points to the parts of the website worth discussing first. Learn more about our website design and SEO services.
