Mississippi Association for Justice: Identity & Website
Give Connection Line Partners a distinct, consistent presentation inside the association’s existing ecosystem.
Design approach
A clearer identity for a partner network
Connection Line Partners is a program within the Mississippi Association for Justice, and it needed a distinct, consistent presentation inside the association’s existing ecosystem. The previous visual treatment looked dated and did not explain the program on its own. The brief on this page was a restrained, word-led identity with a clear descriptor, carried into the partner page so the mark and its practical use stay connected.
The artwork shows the new wordmark above the live partner page. “Connection Line” is set in wide, clean capitals in a deep teal blue, enclosed by a thin rectangular rule that shifts from gold to blue. The word “Partners” sits below in heavier capitals and breaks through the bottom of the frame, so the descriptor reads as part of the mark. On the partner page, the same wordmark appears under the association’s dark banner, followed by a heading and a short paragraph explaining the program and how to ask about sponsorship.
1. Replace a dated visual treatment with a restrained word-led program identity.
2. Use a clear descriptor to explain the program.
3. Carry the identity into the partner page so the mark and its practical use stay connected.
Delivery & contribution
What the work includes

Why it works
A clear descriptor and restrained wordmark make the program easier to recognize within the wider association.
The deliverable is a Connection Line Partners identity and its application to the association’s partner page. The wordmark gives the program a name people can recognize, the descriptor explains what it is, and the partner page shows the mark in the place members and sponsors will actually see it. Because the identity is word-led and uses only two colors, it fits within the wider association’s pages and materials instead of competing with them for attention.
