Service Station Equipment group: Website Concept

Equipment services, environmental work and transport serve related customers but require different questions and handoffs. A shared website approach needs to make those distinctions clear.

Service Station Equipment group

Design approach

Three businesses. Three clear paths to an inquiry

This website concept covers a group of three related businesses: equipment services, environmental work and transport. They serve related customers, but each one asks different questions and handles requests differently. The brief stated on this page was to make those distinctions clear within one shared website approach, so a visitor always knows which business they are dealing with and what to ask for.

The artwork shows the opening screen for the equipment business. A deep blue overlay sits on a photograph of an active site with a crane, an open excavation and a worker in a safety vest. A small eyebrow reading “Petroleum Industry Support” sits above a bold sans-serif headline, “Petroleum equipment. Practical support.” Two actions follow, a solid Request Service button and a lighter link to explore services. That pattern of one clear request path per business repeats across the connected system.

1. Give each business its own service structure and request path within a connected system.

2. Carry the selected service or product into the inquiry journey.

3. Include desktop and mobile layouts, menus, validation and confirmation states in the walkthrough.

Why it works
Each business has its own service structure and inquiry path, with selected services carried into the request journey.

The concept covers 45 page destinations with desktop and mobile layouts. Each business gets its own service pages and request path, while shared navigation keeps the three connected. When a visitor picks a service or product, that choice carries into the inquiry, so the request arrives with context. The walkthrough also includes menus, form validation and confirmation states, which lets the group review the whole journey, from first visit to confirmed request, rather than only the homepage.
