Wein & Palermo: Website

Make direct access to the firm’s partners the organizing idea of a personal-injury website.

Wein & Palermo

Design approach

Personal attention, made visible

Wein & Palermo is a personal-injury firm, and the idea behind its website was direct access to the firm’s partners. Many legal sites lean on interchangeable imagery that could belong to any firm. The brief on this page was to lead with real partner photography, repeat direct-contact routes beside the story they support and use navy, gold, client reviews and clear practice-area sections to balance authority with approachability.

The artwork shows the homepage in a browser on a navy background, with the caption “People first. Contact close by.” A navy header holds the firm’s logo, links for Practice Areas, Our Firm and Contact Us, and a gold phone button. The hero is a photograph of the two partners standing in their office in dark suits, beside the headline, a gold Get a Free Case Review button and a white phone button. A navy strip below lists three commitments with simple icons: speaking directly with a lawyer, the firm’s West Hartford and Waterbury offices and personal attention throughout a case. A “Tell Us What Happened” form follows.

1. Lead with real partner photography, not an interchangeable legal image.

2. Repeat direct-contact routes beside the story they support.

3. Use navy, gold, client reviews and clear practice-area sections to balance authority with approachability.

Team & role
EVERNET team; Nathan Cheatham, creative direction

Why it works
Real partner photography, clear practice areas and repeated contact routes make the firm’s personal approach visible.

The deliverable is a personal-injury website built around direct access to the firm’s partners, including the transition from Wix and a full website design. Partner photography and the commitments strip introduce the people behind the firm, practice-area sections explain the cases it handles and client reviews add outside perspective. Phone buttons, the case review button and the intake form repeat throughout, so a visitor can reach the firm from whichever section they are reading.
