How it fits

Campaigns with a clear purpose

EVERNET plans and manages advertising campaigns across social media, web advertising, print and out-of-home placements such as billboards and transit. Each campaign starts with your offer and the action you want people to take. Then we work out which channels, creative and landing pages will put that message in front of the right audience.

Who it suits

This service fits businesses launching a new service, entering a new market, promoting an event or trying advertising for the first time with a defined budget. It also suits organizations that have run ads before without a clear connection between spend, inquiries and follow-up. If you already have a campaign direction and need someone to run the recurring work, managed advertising support may be the better fit.

How we run a campaign

Discovery covers your audience, geography, offer, timing, budget and the accounts and assets you already have. From there we recommend a channel mix and explain why each channel is included. The campaign plan sets out the creative deliverables, destination pages, tracking, approval steps and who owns each advertising account.

Our team writes the ad copy and designs the visuals, or adapts your existing materials, in the sizes and formats each placement requires. We make sure each ad leads to a landing page that matches its promise and that inquiries reach the right person or CRM. Before launch you approve the creative, targeting and budget limits.

Once a campaign is live, we watch delivery and spending, adjust targeting and creative based on what the data shows, and report on activity, inquiries and lessons for the next round. Media spend is paid to the platforms or publishers and kept separate from our service fees, and any change to the approved budget goes through you.

What you provide and what you receive

You provide your goals, budget, brand assets, service details and an approver. You receive a campaign plan, finished creative, configured campaigns and tracking, and regular reports with recommendations. Learn more about our marketing services, or see pricing for how engagements are scoped.

What to work through.

A clear plan, from the first conversation to delivery.

Campaign objective

Name the one action the campaign should drive, such as inquiries, registrations or event attendance, and how you will recognize it.

Creative

Match messages and visual assets to the campaign’s audience, offer and format.

Measurement

Define what will be measured, where the information comes from and who interprets it.

Questions before you get started.

How do we choose campaign channels?

Start with the audience, message, geography where relevant and the available budget. Consider the material each channel needs and the team’s ability to follow up. Channel selection should have a reason connected to the campaign rather than follow a default list.

What should the campaign scope include?

Identify the objective, audience, creative deliverables, destination pages, measurement, approval process and responsibilities. Separate media spend and platform or production costs from EVERNET fees. Define what ongoing management includes and how additional requests are handled.

What happens after someone responds?

Connect the campaign to a useful landing page and a reliable inquiry or follow-up process. Assign ownership in the business or CRM and test delivery. A campaign cannot be assessed well if the next steps are unclear or the inquiry disappears between systems.
