How it fits

Ongoing advertising work

Once an advertising campaign has a direction, someone still has to run it week to week: updating ads, adjusting budgets within approved limits, refreshing creative, checking that tracking still works and explaining what the numbers mean. EVERNET’s managed advertising support takes on that recurring work across your social and web advertising accounts, with clear approvals and regular reporting.

Who it suits

This service fits businesses with campaigns already running, or recently planned, that need consistent attention without hiring an in-house specialist. It also suits teams that took over ad accounts from a former vendor and are unsure who owns them, what is live and what it costs. If you need a new strategy, audience research or campaign concept first, we scope that as campaign planning and then move into ongoing support.

How we run it

We start by reviewing your existing accounts, campaigns, tracking and landing pages. We confirm that the business owns each account, set up role-based access for our team and document who approves spend, targeting and creative changes. Then we agree on a request process and a review rhythm that suits your campaigns.

Day-to-day work includes monitoring delivery and spending, pausing weak ads, testing new headlines or images, updating offers and dates, managing audience and keyword settings, and fixing broken links or tracking. When a change goes beyond the agreed limits, such as a budget increase or a new campaign, we bring it to you for approval first.

Reporting connects platform metrics to what happens next, such as website visits, form submissions and calls, measured through your analytics setup. Each report explains the changes we made, what we observed and the decisions coming up, and it is honest about tracking limits.

What you provide and what you receive

You provide account access, an approved budget, brand assets and offers, and a named approver. You receive ongoing campaign administration, documented changes, regular performance reports with recommendations and a clear record of account ownership. Media spend and platform fees are paid separately from our service fees. Explore our marketing services, or see pricing.

Questions before you get started.

How is this different from advertising management services?

A campaign-planning engagement establishes the audience, message, channels, creative needs and measurement approach. Managed support organizes the recurring administration and changes within that direction. Define which planning and production tasks are included when the two are combined.

Who owns and approves account changes?

Identify the business owner of each account and the people allowed to approve spend, targeting and creative changes. Use appropriate role-based access instead of shared passwords. Document how access is removed when responsibilities change.

What should recurring reporting explain?

Explain the activity, changes made, observed results and questions for the next decision. Separate platform metrics from qualified inquiries or sales outcomes. Reports should acknowledge tracking limitations and avoid treating every movement as proof of a single cause.
