How it fits
An organized social workflow
EVERNET runs your organic social media presence on an agreed schedule: planning the content calendar, writing posts, creating graphics and short videos, publishing, monitoring engagement and reporting on what your audience responds to. You stay in control of what goes out, and your team spends less time keeping accounts active.
Who it suits
This service suits businesses and nonprofits that know social media matters to their audience but cannot give it consistent attention. It works well for professional firms that want to share expertise, news and community involvement in a steady, on-brand way, and for organizations with events, programs or services to promote throughout the year.
How we run it
We begin with a discovery session about your audience, goals, brand voice and the channels worth maintaining, such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Instagram. We review your current accounts, confirm who owns them and set up appropriate access. From there we agree on posting frequency, content types and the people who supply subject expertise or approve posts.
On an agreed cadence, we prepare a content calendar for your review. Posts arrive with the copy and visuals together, so approvers can judge accuracy and tone in one pass. Our writers and designers produce the material in line with your brand, drawing on our graphic design and copywriting work. Once posts are approved, we schedule and publish them, watch comments and messages within the agreed scope and route sensitive or account-specific questions to your team.
Regular reports cover reach, engagement and follow-on activity such as website visits, with notes on what worked and what we plan to change. Paid social advertising, professional photography and video production can be added but are scoped separately.
What you provide and what you receive
You provide access to your accounts, brand assets, news and photos from your business, and a named approver. You receive a content calendar, finished posts, scheduled publishing, community monitoring within scope and regular reporting. See our marketing services for related work, or review pricing for how engagements are scoped.

Questions before you get started.
What should a content calendar include?
Include the topic, audience, channel, format, owner, approval date and intended publication date. Connect posts to useful business information and current activity. Leave room to change the plan when events or audience needs make a scheduled message inappropriate.
How do approvals avoid becoming a bottleneck?
Name an approver and agree what material needs review. Provide the copy and visual together, with enough context to judge accuracy and tone. Define how late changes or missed approvals affect the publishing schedule.
How should community questions be handled?
Set boundaries for routine replies and an escalation route for account-specific, sensitive or disputed matters. Do not reveal private information in a public reply. The managed scope should explain who monitors, who responds and which coverage applies.
