How it fits
Support with clear responsibilities
EVERNET managed support brings day-to-day IT help, maintenance and coordination into one ongoing arrangement. It gives the business a defined request route and a recurring framework for support, maintenance and coordination rather than treating every need as an unrelated purchase of time.
The arrangement should reflect the environment and the people using it. Identify the users, devices, systems and service tasks included, then agree the coverage, priorities and authorization process. The agreement determines which support work is included and which changes require separate scoping.
EVERNET offers managed arrangements alongside co-managed, hourly, block-hours and project options. Choose the model around the work and responsibilities you need, with third-party costs and exclusions made clear.

Questions before you get started.
What is included in managed support?
Your agreement lists the users, devices, services and support tasks covered. It also explains how projects and additional work are estimated and authorized, so you can plan ongoing support and larger changes separately.
How are urgent and routine requests handled?
Use the agreed support and escalation routes. Priority, response commitments, staffed coverage and after-hours arrangements are defined by the service agreement. Provide the business impact so the request can be assessed in the right context.
Can our internal team remain involved?
Yes, responsibilities can be coordinated with an internal team where the engagement is scoped that way. Co-managed services make that division explicit. Identify who owns routine work, changes, approvals and unresolved issues so neither team has to guess.
