How it fits
Video with a clear job
EVERNET plans, records and edits video for your website, social channels, events and internal communication. Typical projects include company and service overviews, client or staff interviews, short social clips, event recaps, how-to and training videos, and recorded presentations or webinars. Each video starts with one clear job, such as introducing your team, explaining a service or answering a common question.
Who it suits
Video suits businesses that want to show the people behind the work, explain something that is hard to describe in text, or give their social channels material that holds attention. Professional firms often use short attorney, advisor or clinician introductions, while nonprofits use program stories and event recordings.
How a production runs
Pre-production is where most of the work happens. We agree on the audience, purpose, length, channels and call to action, then write a script or interview outline. We plan who appears on camera, where we will record, what equipment is needed and which permissions are required for people, locations, music and supplied footage.
On recording day, we handle camera, lighting and sound and guide the people on camera so they feel prepared. In editing, we assemble the story, add titles, graphics, music and captions, correct color and balance the audio. You review a draft cut, and we revise within the agreed rounds.
We then deliver the versions each channel needs. A website video may be widescreen and two minutes long, while the same material can become short vertical clips for social media. We add captions so the video works with the sound off and for viewers who rely on them. Finished clips can feed straight into managed social media support.
What you provide and what you receive
You provide subject experts, access to locations, brand assets, any existing footage or photos and an approver. You receive a script or outline, recorded footage, edited videos in the agreed formats and lengths, caption files and, where included, raw footage. Professional photography, travel, music licensing and stock footage are scoped separately. See our marketing services, or review pricing.
What to work through.
A clear plan, from the first conversation to delivery.
Story
Define the main message and the sequence that will help the audience understand it.
Recording
Plan speakers, locations, equipment and permissions around the intended video.
Editing
Agree the formats, captions, review rounds and final deliverables before editing begins.
Questions before you get started.
What should a video brief include?
Include the audience, purpose, intended channel, key message and desired action. Identify the people and source assets available. A clear brief helps the team choose a suitable production approach and avoids discovering major requirements after recording.
Which versions might be needed?
Consider aspect ratio, duration, captions and title placement for the intended channels. A single crop may not work everywhere. Agree on the versions and source-file handoff in the scope rather than assuming every possible adaptation is included.
What rights need to be checked?
Confirm permission for people, locations, supplied footage, music and other material used in the video. The appropriate checks depend on the intended use. Third-party licensing and professional production costs should be identified separately.
