Across Connecticut

Design that holds together across print, web and social.

A Connecticut business meets its customers in a lot of places: a tradeshow booth in Hartford, a brochure left at a client’s office, a LinkedIn post, a website, a vehicle wrap on I-95. EVERNET’s graphic designers produce all of it from one brand system, so the business looks like the same company everywhere.

Branding

Logo development from concept through a delivered logo pack, brand style guides, stylescapes and the color, type and imagery rules that keep every piece consistent whoever produces it.

Print and event collateral

Brochures, flyers, business cards, posters, product catalogs, presentations and tradeshow materials, delivered in the formats Connecticut printers and venues need.

Digital and campaign creative

Social media graphics, email templates, display and search ad creative, website imagery and landing-page design, coordinated with your marketing program and website.

See graphic design services, the marketing service, our work and pricing, or the Hartford pages for marketing and web design.

Doing business in Connecticut

Connecticut companies still do a lot of business in person: trade shows at the Connecticut Convention Center in Hartford, chamber events around the state, and client meetings in offices from Stamford to New London. Printed pieces, signage and booth graphics are judged alongside the website and the LinkedIn page, often by the same people on the same day.

Many of those companies also work in regulated fields such as insurance, law, healthcare and defense manufacturing, where a brochure or proposal may go through compliance review before it is printed. Design for them has to be accurate, consistent and accessible: real text instead of text baked into images, color contrast that passes WCAG checks, and PDFs tagged so a screen reader can follow them. We build one brand system, with logo files, color and type rules and templates, that works for a booth in Hartford, a proposal for a client in New Haven and an Instagram post the same week. See graphic design services and brand style guides.

What to work through.

Where design engagements usually start.

Brand audit

What exists today, what is inconsistent and what a style guide needs to settle before new pieces are produced.

Logo and identity

Concepts, refinement and a delivered logo pack with the file formats print, web and embroidery each require.

Templates

Presentation, document, email and social templates your team can use without a designer for the everyday pieces.

Print production

Specifications, proofs and printer coordination so what arrives matches what was approved.

Campaign creative

Ad and landing-page creative produced alongside the advertising plan rather than after it.

Ongoing design

A monthly retainer for the steady stream of graphics a marketing program needs, or per-deliverable pricing for one-off pieces.

It is difficult to put into a review just how much we have valued this partnership. They have gone far beyond being a vendor to the Tarrant County Bar Association — they have become genuine supporters of our organization and the work we do. They have worked with us on everything from building our public-facing legal help website to guiding us through a complete rebranding and logo redesign. With every project, they take the time to understand our organization, our members, our mission, and what we are actually trying to accomplish rather than simply delivering a product. But what has impressed me most is how invested they have become in our success. They show up. They attend our events. They celebrate our wins. They bring us new ideas and look for ways they can help. When we work with them, it truly feels like we have another team in our corner. Our Bar Association is better because of this relationship, and I don't say that lightly. They have consistently gone above and beyond for us, and I am incredibly grateful for the creativity, responsiveness, enthusiasm, and genuine care they bring to everything they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

EVERNET has played a pivotal role in our business growth. They have been a fantastic partner over the last year, doing everything from rebuilding our website to managing our IT difficulties to improving our internal processes. They took care of a lot of the headaches that come with small business ownership, which allowed me to focus on doing the work I love and getting more clients through the door. If your business needs help in marketing, IT, or security, I cannot recommend them enough.

Questions before you get started.

Do you only do design for marketing clients?

No. Branding and collateral are sold on their own, per deliverable or as a project; many clients start with a logo or brochure and add more later.

How is graphic design priced?

Per deliverable, as a fixed-fee project for branding work, or inside a monthly marketing retainer. Current rates and models are on the pricing page.

Can you work from our existing brand?

Yes. We work within an existing style guide, or write one if the brand has grown without it.

Do you handle printing?

We prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers; printing costs are passed through or billed by the printer directly.

Do you do photography and video?

Produced video and professional photography are scoped separately when a project needs them.
