AI for Massachusetts businesses
Start with the work, not the tool.
Massachusetts businesses range from Boston’s professional firms and Cambridge’s life sciences companies to manufacturers along Route 128 and I-495 and the colleges, hospitals and family-owned companies of Worcester, Springfield, Quincy and the South Shore.
EVERNET helps Massachusetts businesses put AI to work on real tasks: drafting, summarizing, intake, scheduling, reporting and the repetitive steps between systems. The work starts with a readiness assessment of data, security and policy, then moves to a short pilot with a measurable outcome before anything is rolled out company-wide. Logging, human review and clear rules are built in from the start.
Readiness assessment
Where AI can help, what data and permissions are involved, and the policy and security conditions to set first.
Tools and rollout
Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude for teams, selected and configured with training for staff.
Automation and agents
Workflow automation and agents with logging, human checkpoints and review, built around your existing systems.

Doing business in Massachusetts
Massachusetts treats AI as a growth industry and a compliance question at the same time. In December 2024 the state launched the Massachusetts AI Hub at the Massachusetts Technology Collaborative, working with the Massachusetts Green High Performance Computing Center in Holyoke to widen access to computing for researchers, startups and smaller companies. Earlier that year, the Attorney General’s office issued an advisory stating that existing laws already apply to AI: the consumer protection statute (Chapter 93A), the anti-discrimination law (Chapter 151B) and the data security rules in Chapter 93H.
For a business in Worcester, Springfield or along Route 128, that advisory shapes how we run a pilot. If an AI tool drafts client letters, screens applicants or touches customer records, we check what personal information it can reach, whether that use fits your written information security program under 201 CMR 17.00, and who reviews the output before it leaves the building. What you tell customers about an AI feature should match what it actually does. We document those decisions as part of our AI security work, so the rollout holds up when a client asks how it works.

It is difficult to put into a review just how much we have valued this partnership. They have gone far beyond being a vendor to the Tarrant County Bar Association — they have become genuine supporters of our organization and the work we do. They have worked with us on everything from building our public-facing legal help website to guiding us through a complete rebranding and logo redesign. With every project, they take the time to understand our organization, our members, our mission, and what we are actually trying to accomplish rather than simply delivering a product. But what has impressed me most is how invested they have become in our success. They show up. They attend our events. They celebrate our wins. They bring us new ideas and look for ways they can help. When we work with them, it truly feels like we have another team in our corner. Our Bar Association is better because of this relationship, and I don't say that lightly. They have consistently gone above and beyond for us, and I am incredibly grateful for the creativity, responsiveness, enthusiasm, and genuine care they bring to everything they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Posted on Facebook![]()

EVERNET has played a pivotal role in our business growth. They have been a fantastic partner over the last year, doing everything from rebuilding our website to managing our IT difficulties to improving our internal processes. They took care of a lot of the headaches that come with small business ownership, which allowed me to focus on doing the work I love and getting more clients through the door. If your business needs help in marketing, IT, or security, I cannot recommend them enough.
