AI for Texas businesses
Start with the work, not the tool.
Texas businesses range from the law firms, financial and energy companies of Dallas, Houston and Austin to San Antonio’s healthcare and military-adjacent economy, Fort Worth’s professional and industrial base and the fast-growing suburbs of Plano, Frisco and Arlington.
EVERNET helps Texas businesses put AI to work on real tasks: drafting, summarizing, intake, scheduling, reporting and the repetitive steps between systems. The work starts with a readiness assessment of data, security and policy, then moves to a short pilot with a measurable outcome before anything is rolled out company-wide. Logging, human review and clear rules are built in from the start.
In Texas, EVERNET’s work includes the Tarrant County Bar Association and Foundation identity, the TCBA Law Help website and the San Antonio Bar Association identity, alongside IT and marketing for law firms and professional practices.

Tools and rollout
Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or Claude for teams, selected and configured with training for staff.
Automation and agents
Workflow automation and agents with logging, human checkpoints and review, built around your existing systems.

Doing business in Texas
Texas is home to 57 Fortune 500 headquarters on the 2026 list, and the suppliers, law firms and professional services companies around them are now testing AI tools for drafting, research and customer service. The data those tools touch is covered by the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, in effect since July 1, 2024. It gives consumers the right to opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of their data and certain kinds of profiling, and the Texas Attorney General enforces it with civil penalties of up to $7,500 per violation.
That shapes how we approach an AI rollout for a Texas company. We start by mapping which systems hold customer and employee data, decide which tools may see it, and write a usage policy your staff can follow. Data-handling settings in Microsoft 365 Copilot or any other platform are configured before anyone starts prompting, and agents or automations get only the access they need. EVERNET supports Texas businesses remotely from Hartford, Connecticut, and schedules on-site visits for workshops and project milestones. Read more about our AI security work.

It is difficult to put into a review just how much we have valued this partnership. They have gone far beyond being a vendor to the Tarrant County Bar Association — they have become genuine supporters of our organization and the work we do. They have worked with us on everything from building our public-facing legal help website to guiding us through a complete rebranding and logo redesign. With every project, they take the time to understand our organization, our members, our mission, and what we are actually trying to accomplish rather than simply delivering a product. But what has impressed me most is how invested they have become in our success. They show up. They attend our events. They celebrate our wins. They bring us new ideas and look for ways they can help. When we work with them, it truly feels like we have another team in our corner. Our Bar Association is better because of this relationship, and I don't say that lightly. They have consistently gone above and beyond for us, and I am incredibly grateful for the creativity, responsiveness, enthusiasm, and genuine care they bring to everything they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough.Posted on Facebook![]()

EVERNET has played a pivotal role in our business growth. They have been a fantastic partner over the last year, doing everything from rebuilding our website to managing our IT difficulties to improving our internal processes. They took care of a lot of the headaches that come with small business ownership, which allowed me to focus on doing the work I love and getting more clients through the door. If your business needs help in marketing, IT, or security, I cannot recommend them enough.
