Newoldstamp email signature management

Newoldstamp is an email signature generator and management tool for individuals and companies. It lets you design branded HTML signatures with logos, photos, social icons, legal disclaimers and promotional banners, then install them in Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail and other email clients. Business plans add central management, so administrators can update every employee’s signature from one dashboard and push changes through Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, along with click tracking for banners.

Where it fits

Newoldstamp suits companies that want consistent, on-brand signatures without asking each employee to copy and paste HTML. Marketing teams use the banner and click-tracking features to promote events, offers or content in everyday email. Firms in regulated fields, such as law, accounting and healthcare, use templates to make sure required disclaimers appear on every message. It is most useful once a company has more than a handful of staff, when keeping signatures up to date by hand becomes a chore. Central control also helps during rebrands, office moves and staff changes, when outdated phone numbers or logos would otherwise linger in signatures for months.

How EVERNET helps

We help you decide whether Newoldstamp or another signature tool fits your email platform and team size. We can design the signature to match your brand, including layout, logo files and banner sizes that display well on phones and in dark mode. Setup covers connecting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, mapping employee details from your directory, assigning templates by department, and testing across email clients. We also help manage banner campaigns and update signatures when titles, addresses or branding change. See our corporate email signature service, branding style guide work and Microsoft 365 support.

Before you start

  • Data: Make sure names, titles, phone numbers and office details in your directory are accurate, since signatures pull from them.
  • Brand assets: Gather logo files, brand colors, social links and any required legal disclaimers.
  • Permissions: Central deployment requires administrator consent in Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.
  • Account ownership: Keep the account under a company email so signatures and billing stay with the business.
  • Security settings: Turn on multi-factor sign-in and limit who can change templates, since a signature reaches every recipient.

Questions before you get started.

Which signature templates and employee attributes must remain consistent?

Define the information each signature needs, such as a person's name, role and approved contact details, alongside the brand elements that should remain consistent. Identify the authoritative source for employee information. Use those decisions to maintain Newoldstamp templates without allowing routine updates to fragment the presentation.

How will the business test signatures across its actual mail clients before rollout?

Create sample signatures and send real messages through the mail clients and devices employees use. Check readability, links, spacing and how replies or forwarded messages appear. Resolve problems in the intended Newoldstamp setup before a wider rollout, then repeat representative checks after meaningful template changes.
